What data we process
- Waiting list: name, email address and, if you tell us, the Camino you plan to walk, approximate dates and your interests.
- Contact form: name, email address, profile and the content of your message.
What we use it for
- To let you know when Camigo launches and send you news about the app, if you have joined the waiting list.
- To answer your enquiries and manage possible partnerships.
- To understand, in aggregate, which routes and services are most in demand so we can prioritise development.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hola@camigo.org, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
How long we keep it
Waiting list data is kept until you withdraw your consent and, at most, until one year after the app launches. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. It is stored on the servers of our web hosting provider, within the European Union, which acts as data processor.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@camigo.org and stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
